  3. Air Signs: Gemini, Libra, Aquarius (Take deep breaths, use a portable Boost Oxygen Can, try to live in an area with clean fresh air like the country. Put an air purification system in your home, car, and or office. Learn to slow down your breathing by meditating on your breath)

  4. Water Signs: Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces (Take off your shoes and put your feet into a pond, river, lake, ocean, or a bucket of water. Take long showers, a walk-in a rainstorm, carry a handheld mister and every so often give yourself a squirt. Place a wet towel on your face, forehead, or neck. And drink plenty of water all day long)
